As of May, 2019, what was originally Agricom and FMC, became simply Agricom; in other words, FMC was acquired by Agricom. After having acquired FMC, Agricom increased its registered capital from NTD1,000,000 to NTD17,000,000.
For further expansion purposes, we have purchased an office in Nankang Software Park, it is to be our head office. It's address is the following: 7F, No. 453., Chongyang Rd, Nankang District, Taipei City, 115. This office is to serve as our registered office. |
